Monochrome

Good Morning Peeps,

It's a little damp here this morning I hope it clears up for this afternoon as I am off to watch Heidi and Lauren's Sports Day with my youngest son Dan.

We had a great time on Saturday at the Billy Joel concert we were quite near the stage so had a good view, the only downside was trying to get off the car park afterwards it took us ages to get home and we only live half an hour away from Old Trafford.

We have a new challenge for you today over on Fab'n'Funky where our lovely Pat K is the host with her choice of:

Monochrome

Birthday Greetings

Good Morning Peeps,

Where has all the sunshine gone today, it is very grey and drizzley this morning and I have a really busy day and desperately wanted it to be sunny and at the very least dry.  We are off to the wedding of my cousin’s granddaughter this afternoon but not able to go to the reception as we are going to Old Trafford football ground to see the fantastic Billy Joel tonight, where we have seats on the pitch with no cover.  We have seen him a few times before but not for a few years so I am really looking forward to tonight.

Anyway on to crafty business now, we have a new challenge for you over on My Time to Craft which is to:

Make your own Backing Paper using a Stamp

Flower Die - Elusive Images
Dotty Die - Cardio
Colouring Medium - Copics
Sentiment - Courtesy Desert Diva
Frame Die - Creative Impressions

Have a good weekend whatever you have planned.

Summer Holidays

Good Morning Peeps,

Saturday once more so we have a new challenge for you over on My Time to Craft where for the next fortnight our theme is:

Holidays
(Summer holidays, Christmas etc.)

I have made a simple card using for my image a copy of one of my husband's water colour paintings of Ceret in France where we spent a lovely family holiday a few years ago.  The bp was free from a magazine and I just added some ribbon and a ticket sentiment.

I hope you all have a good weekend whatever you have planned.
