For my card I used an old LOTV stamp and sentiment, coloured with Copics with a background of red gingham paper and a piece cut with a diamond Pink Fresh cover plate die, I also added 3 tiny enamel hearts.

Hi Pat, hope you're making good progress after your surgery, it's early days yet so I'm sure it's still pretty painful but will be worth it in the end.
