Santa Claus

Good Morning Peeps,

 

I do hope you have all had a good weekend.  

 

We have a new challenge starting today over on Christmas with the Cuties where our challenge this month is:

 

Cute and Christmas with the option of Santa Claus

 

For my card I used this cute Santa image which I found in my box already printed and I don't know where it is from, I coloured him with Copics and added some glitter.  I used some dotty red card cut snowflakes with an MFT die and Merry Christmas die by Sue Wilson.

 

Christmas is only 3 months away now so time to get started on those Christmas cards if you haven't already done so and maybe join in with this month's challenge at Christmas with the Cuties, love to see you there.

Autumn Mouse

Good Morning Peeps, 

I do hope everyone is well and having a good week.  I really need to get back into crafting and blogging as I have done very little of either over the past couple of months but Fab’n’Funky challenges are returning today after our summer break and I am host for the first challenge which is:

Autumn Colours

For my card I chose to use an image and sentiment from Pink Ink, coloured with Copics backing paper from a Crafters Companion pad and I die cut some leaves.

Frosty the Snowman

 Good Morning Peeps,

Hope you have all had a good weekend, we have had some nice sunshine (not too hot) and a few showers.

My card today is for our new challenge at "Christmas with the Cuties" where for the next month our challenge will be:

Frosty the Snowman

(lets see your cute snowmen)

For my card I used a cute snowman from Digi Doodle Studios, coloured him with Copics and added some glitter and some shabby white Frantage.  I used MFT dies for the frames, the background paper is by Crafters Companion and the sentiment a Whimsy Stamp.

 

Hope now the weather has cooled down a little you can get into Christmas mood and join in our challenge.

Happy 21st

 Good Morning Peeps,

I hope you are all well and have managed to keep cool during the spell of hot weather.  I took the opportunity to have a couple of weeks off from blogging while Fab'n'Funky is on it's summer hols.  We had a couple of days away in Lincoln, we've never been there before it was really nice and we enjoyed our time there.  Last week our third granddaughter Abbie was 21 we went out for the day to the Trafford Centre with her, sister Emma and Mum Lorna while she picked a ring she wanted from us.  We had a lovely meal there and enjoyed the day.

This is the card I made for Abbie’s birthday

I think the bp was from an old First Edition pad the image and sentiment is by Stampin Bella, coloured with Copics and paper pieced dress, flowers are cut with a Lisa Horton die, banner die by La La Land.  The  Happy was cut with a Sue Wilson die in silver and the 21st a silver peel off.  Finished with a doily and some enamel dots.

Merry Christmas

Hope you have all had a good weekend with some cooler weather, thank goodness, far too hot for me at the start of the week. much pleasanter now.

We have a new challenge starting today over on Christmas with the Cuties where for this month our challenge is:

For my card I have used a new Christmas stamp by Pink Ink, I coloured him with Copics die cut with Lisa Horton torn edge circles, paper is by Polkadoodles and I added some die cut branches, a bow and sentiment.

Anyone for Gardening

Hope you are all well and been managing to keep cool, it’s supposed to be cooler today hopefully as we are off to the RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park.

We have a new challenge starting today over on Fab’n’Funky and this is our last one before our summer break.

The theme is:

“Anything Goes”

and is being hosted by our lovely teamie Chris.

For my card I used an image from Mirtillamente, I coloured with Copics and added a sentiment and a small die cut butterfly.

Is it Raining?

I hope you are all well and having a good week.  It's been a bit cooler here this week so it has been just right for watching Wimbledon and the Cricket and doing a little crafting.

For my card I used a stamp from Pink Ink and coloured with Copics, the sentiment was also Pink Ink, the paper is Kaisercraft cut with a Sentimentally Yours die.
