Easter Greetings

Another beautiful day and I must admit crafting is not on the agenda, been sitting outside enjoying the sunshine and catching up with my reading, but I do have a card for the challenge at Fab'n'Funky which is "Easter". For my card I have used the sweet image Murray by Saturated Canary and have coloured her with Copics, the papers are from my stash. The corner was cut with a Memory Box die, flowers are from Wild Orchid, leaves from my stash, sentiment courtesy of a friend and I finished with lace and pearls.
I would like to enter this card for the following challenges:

Summer Fun

Another lovely day, it has been so warm over the last few days makes you think that Spring has been missed and we have landed right into summer, the only thing is that there are no leaves yet on the trees in the front garden and it looks so unusual when the temperatures are so high.

Anyway on to today's card for the challenge at My Time to Craft which is "Easel Cards". I made my card using a Tilda image coloured with Copics, the holiday scene and the papers are free ones from a copy of "Making Cards". I used a Martha Stewart edge punch, added a bow and the ticket sentiment is by Nina of Paper Cupcakes.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid and I used a Marianne die to cut the fern leaves, I finished with ribbon, pearls and used a Martha Stewart edge punch on the border. Mellow Yellow

We have been having such a lovely week, cold but beautiful sunshine and all the daffodils are out in the garden, makes everything seem cheerful and Spring is definitely on the way.

On to my DT card for the challenge at Fab'n'Funky which this week is "Mellow Yellow", I used a beautiful daffodil stamp by Anna Griffin and coloured with Copics. The papers are by Cosmo Cricket and My Mind's Eye, the sentiment is by Cuddly Buddly and the swirls would cut with a Memory Box Die. I finished by adding a jewellery spacer (which I flattened with a hammer) then threaded a pearl brad through and three small spacers.
