A Tulip for You

 Good Morning Peeps,

 

I hope you are all having a good week.  I seem to be having a busy week this week, we had a nice drive out on Monday in the sunshine and had a meal, today I am meeting two friends for lunch.  Alan and I are out for a Chinese on Saturday and Sunday is my birthday, it’s either a feast or a famine!!!

 

Now back to today and our new challenge at Fab'n'Funky where I am the host for the next two weeks with my choice of:

 

FUR OR FEATHERS

 

For my card I used a Sentimentally Yours image and die and coloured with Copics the papers are by Catherine Pooler and I added a sentiment, die cut ric rac and a die cut bow.

A Tulip for You

 Good Morning Peeps,

Hope you are all having a good week and looking forward to the Easter break.  We have a new challenge starting today on Fab’n’Funky where our lovely Chris has chosen the theme of:

Feature a Creature

(Must be the main focal point)

I have made this card for my granddaughter Emma for her birthday next month when she will be seventeen, she loves all things mice (pictures, trinkets, cuddly toys, everything apart from the real thing then it would be screams and running away) but I think she will like this card.

The stamp and sentiment are by Trudie Howard from Sentimentally Yours, the grid die is also from Sentimentally Yours.  I coloured the image with Copics, flowers are My Favourite Things dies and the paper is from an old Lili of the Valley pad and I distressed the edges.

Our challenge runs for the next two weeks and we would love to see you joining in with us.

Another lovely sunny morning here, it’s been such a lovely week with plenty of sunshine we’ve been out for a walk most days and even called in to the garden centre in our village for a few bits while we were out.

Good Morning Peeps,

Hope you have all had a good week, been a mixed week here with sunshine and showers so I have done some reading outside and some crafting inside.  Lauren the youngest granddaughter came round to Craft  with me one day and we made a couple of cards, yesterday she started her first day at the grammar school and today Heidi and Emma start back at school, they were all looking forward to returning to school, let’s hope it stays that way.
