Circles

My card today for The Crafty Pad is my last one as a DT member, at the moment I have so many things coming up in the next few months that I just don't seem to be able to get on with making cards. The challenge today is "Circles" and the team have all used one of Debbie's lovely Easter bunnies, I have coloured mine with Copics. I used Nesties to cut out my circle and scallop circle and stamped some daffodils with a small Elusive Images stamp, the sentiment is also by Debbie. The papers are Bo Bunny and I used a Martha Stewart edge punch for the border and added a ribbon. Our sponsors this week are Letraset: and the Crafty Pad.

Easter

Spring is in the Air

Buttons

In the Doghouse!


Good Morning, nice dry, sunny and pleasant day outside but I am feeling sorry for myself as I am full of a cold, not had one all winter and when spring is almost here I get this one. Well onto my DT card today for the challenge at The Crafty Pad which is to use a ribbon. Our sponsor today is:


and the DT were each given two pieces of American Seam Binding Ribbon, by Crafty Ribbons, to use on their project. This can be used as Modern - just use as it is, or Vintage - spray with a little water until moist, scrunch up and leave to dry. For the modern part I wrapped one colour around the other to make a striped effect, then I scrunched some pieces and when dry ran a little line of thread through and made into three flowers. The image and sentiment used on my card are by Debbie of The Crafty Pad which I coloured with Copics, the papers are by Prima and K & Co, and the border was cut using a new Martha Stewart border punch. Something Yummy

Roses are Red





Good Morning, my DT card today is for the challenge at The Crafty Pad, its a colour combo RED, PINK and BLACK. The rose image used by the DT is by Debbie of the Crafty Pad as is the sentiment on the front of my gatefold card, and I coloured my image with Copics. The papers are free ones from a Making Cards Magazine, the inside one is a vellum attached with brads and the inside sentiment is from the same magazine, I added a ribbon around the card.

Hearts





The challenge this week at The Crafty Pad is to have hearts somewhere on your project. I altered an old cheese box, covered with paper by Dovecraft and punched hearts (Martha Stewart punch). The top has the image "Ted's Love" by Debbie of The Crafty Pad and is coloured with Copics and I added roses and lace. I finished by filling with some chocolates. Boots


A card today for the challenge at The Crafty Pad which is to create something "girly", the DT were asked to use one of Debbie's shoe images - I chose Boots and coloured with Copics. Todays challenge at The Crafty Pad is "Something New" - new home, new baby, new job etc. The DT were all asked to use one of Debbie's gorgeous new baby images - I chose baby girl, coloured with Copics and matted onto Nestie shapes. Happy Birthday


A card today for the challenge at The Crafty Pad where the challenge is a nice easy one for the start of the New Year - make a Birthday Creation, the DT are all using Debbie's new digi "Happy Birthday Meeces". I coloured my image with Copics and edged with Distress Ink Spun Sugar, the papers are from my stash and I added some Prima flowers with pearl centres, a ribbon and button. Merry Christmas


Good Morning, beautiful day here in sunny Lancashire, lovely blue skies and white fluffy clouds, hope it's the same where you are. My DT card today for the challenge at The Crafty Pad uses Debbie's image of Holly with Bauble, isn't she cute? I have coloured her with Copics and the challenge is to use at least 1 circle and 2 ribbons on your project. The paper is from the Henbury Lane Poinsettia pad by Papermania, I put the image onto a gold doily and added two gold leaves some red pearls, two ribbons and some Stickles. Christmas Globe







The Challenge today at The Crafty Pad is a Christmas Theme. The digi image used is Snowglobe by Debbie of the Crafty Pad. I cut it out with Nesties, coloured with Copics and added Stickles. The papers are from my stash I punched some snowflakes in glitter paper and added a greeting to the inside, where I edged the paper with a blue Copic and Stickles. Something for a Friend

The challenge this week at The Crafty Pad is to make something for a friend, I decided to make a bookmark. The image and sentiment are digi images by Debbie of the Crafty Pad, I cut the bookmark out and punched the edges with a Martha Stewart edge punch and threaded ribbon through some of the holes, the backing paper is from my stash.

We are having a DT call at The Crafty Pad, this will run until the 29 October 2010 and anyone interested needs to have an active blog. Spooky

My card today is my DT card for the challenge at The Crafty Pad, the challenge this week is Spooky and my image is by Debbie of the Crafty Pad, coloured with Copics. The papers are Graphicus, My Minds Eye - Bloom and Grow and from my stash. I paper folded a couple of bats and added some white Sakura Souffle pen for the eyes with a black dot. Ribbons and Flowers

A DT card today for the challenge at The Crafty Pad where the challenge this week is Ribbons and Flowers. The image used is a digi image by Debbie at The Crafty Pad, I coloured with Copics decoupaged the bow and added a feather. The papers are from my stash and I used the Martha Stewart trellis punch, I added flowers, jewellery spacer and pearl, ribbon and some little coloured circles (bit like brads but with no backs on, can't remember what they are called) and finished with a computer generated sentiment. Shoes!!

My DT card for the challenge today at The Crafty Pad where there is a photo to take inspiration from. My card has used a shoe image from Debbie at The Crafty Pad and I have coloured with Copics, added some pearls and also dotted Pastel Raspberry Liquid Pearls around the image. The bp is by Bo Bunny and I have used the Martha Stewart Garden Trellis punch, I finished with Bo Bunny flowers, pearl punched branch and computer generated sentiment.

Animal Fun


My DT card today for the challenge at The Crafty Pad, this week the challenge is to include an animal on your project. I used Lenny the Lion digi image from Debbie at The Crafty Pad, I cut him out with Nesties circles and scallops, and coloured with Copics. The papers are from my stash and I cut photo corners on the Cuttlebug and added a computer generated sentiment.

Lovely Cakes

Good Afternoon, Beautiful day here in sunny Lancashire, we have just returned from a week's holiday in Scotland where the weather was gorgeous for the whole week, so hope the sun keeps shining this week here too. Hopefully I will be visiting all your lovely blogs later and catching up with all I have missed while I have been away.


My project today is for the challenge at The Crafty Pad, the challenge is embossing - dry, heat or 3d liquid embossing. I have made a cake recipe book and the cover has Debbie's cupcake image on which I used a clear Versamark pen on the icing and heat embossed with clear ep, I cut this out with Nesties and used the Swiss Dots folder to emboss on the Cuttlebug. The papers are Papermania and Basic Grey. I used M/S edge punch and dotted smaller cupcakes around and bound it on a Bind it All machine.
Inside I printed a Coffee Cupcake recipe, coloured the cupcake and borders with Copics. Our sponsor this week is:
