Lilies


My DT card today is for the challenge at Paper Cupcakes, where the challenge is brought to us by Gloria and is a colour combo - Pink, Yellow and Green. I used Nina's image of Easter Lilies and coloured with Copics, papers are from my stash, sentiment is from Cuddly Buddly and I added some lace and flowers. This will be my last card for Paper Cupcakes as I am stepping down from the Design Team, I am finding it difficult to keep up with card making at the moment and hope to have a break through the summer.

Vintage Pocket and Tag

Blue


The challenge this week at Paper Cupcakes is brought to us by DT member Katrina and is to create a Monochromatic project. The image I have used is by Nina of Paper Cupcakes as is the sentiment ticket and I coloured with shades of blue Copics. The papers are Bo Bunny and some from my stash, I used a Marianne die for the branch and added some adhesive stones.

Girl with Flower


My DT card today is for the challenge at Paper Cupcakes where the challenge this week is set by our DT member Patti Painter and is the following sketch:

The image I used is Girl with Flower by Nina of Paper Cupcakes I coloured her with Copics and cut the ovals with Nesties and edged with Shabby Shutters Distress Ink Pad. The papers are free ones from Making Cards Magazine and I added some lace, ribbon and the sentiment is from a "See D" set.

Colours of Spring


It's my turn to set the challenge at Paper Cupcakes and I decided on "Colours of Spring". The image I used is "Crocus" by Nina of Paper Cupcakes and I coloured with Copics, the papers are from my stash and I used the Martha Stewart Doily Edge punch, added some buttons, ribbon and computer generated SPRING. How Old Are You?


Late posting my card today as I couldn't get on the internet this morning. My card is for the challenge at Paper Cupcakes where this week the challenge is set by Marie and is to make a child's card. My image is "From the Heart" and the sentiment is from the set of Variety Tickets all by Nina of Paper Cupcakes. I coloured the image with Copics after cutting out with Nesties. The paper is by Making Memories and I finished with a border cut with a Martha Stewart punch and a ribbon.

Thank You


My easel card today is for the challenge at Paper Cupcakes, where the challenge this week has been set by Gloria and is to make a shape/die cut card with some embossing. The image is Wildflower Bouquet by Nina of Paper Cupcakes and is this week's freebie, I coloured it with Copics. The papers are free from Making Cards Magazine and the embossing is with a folder on the Cuttlebug, I added a ribbon and sentiment which is also by Nina.

Valentine Letter


My card today is for Paper Cupcakes and the challenge this week is to make a Valentine card for a friend. My image is by Nina of Paper Cupcakes as is the sentiment both cut out with Nesties and the sentiment has a ribbon threaded through. The image is coloured with Copics and the papers are Bo Bunny and a free one from a magazine. I finished with a heart punched with a Martha Stewart punch and a gorgeous rose from my stash.

My card this morning is a DT card for the first challenge of the new year at Paper Cupcakes, the challenge this week is a sketch by Nina:
My image is "Poppies" by Nina of Paper Cupcakes, coloured with Copics. The papers are by Papermania and Dovecraft and I distressed the edges, the sentiment is also by Nina and I finished with lace, buttons, ribbon and glass beads.

A Merry Christmas Snowman


Today is the last challenge of this year at Paper Cupcakes and you can pick up this gorgeous digi image by Nina for free. Our challenge this week has been set by Dru and she has challenged us to make a Christmas card using "A Merry Christmas Snowman" image and to use traditional red and green. I have coloured my image with Copics cut out with Nesties circles and scalloped circles for the red mirri layering. The bp is from the Papermania Henbury Lane Christmas pad, the heart was punched with a Martha Stewart punch, I added some Prima Poinsettia's, lace and tiny bells.

Christmas Ornament



Good Morning, my DT project today is for Paper Cupcakes, where the challenge this week is brought to us by Carol and is to make a Christmas Ornament. I used two of Nina's images (one on each side) cut them out with Nesties and sandwiched them with silver also cut out with Nesties, coloured with Copics. The wreath at the bottom was made by folding paper pieces from my stash following instructions from a copy of Crafts Beautiful, all held together using ribbon.

I used a digi image by Nina of Paper Cupcakes , coloured with Copics, with some Stickles and Flowersoft for the snow. The papers are by Papermania and Anita's, the ticket sentiment is from the new set by Nina and I added lace, flower, button and charm from my stash.

A Cup of Roses


My DT card for today is for Paper Cupcakes where the challenge this week has been set by Nilla and is to use Red and Cream on your project. My image is Teacup with Roses by Nina of Paper Cupcakes, I cut the image out with a Nestie die and coloured with Copics. The bp is by Bo Bunny, the sentiment by Cuddly Buddly and I finished with hessian, a rose, buckle (coloured with Copics), red and cream pearls and ribbon.

Glitter and Ribbon


It's my turn to set the challenge at Paper Cupcakes this week and have I chosen Glitter and Ribbon on a Christmas Card, the image we have used is this week's freebie "Whose Candy" why not hop over to Paper Cupcakes and grab this freebie and make a card. I made an easel card, coloured the image with Copics and cut it out with Nesties, the papers are from a Forever Friends pad and I dotted some snowflakes around. The poinsettia is cut with a Marianne die from silver glitter paper, I added a ribbon and sentiment from my stash.

Jingles


The Challenge at Paper Cupcakes today is brought to us by Debbie Schneider and is to use any acquired image and make a Christmas Card with non-traditional colours. My image is by Nina of Paper Cupcakes and is "Jingles" I coloured with Copics and Stickles and cut it out with a Marianne die, the papers were free from Making Cards magazine, I used a black embossed card by Kanban, I added punched trees, ribbon and a sentiment from my stash.

Dog Gone It

The challenge this week at Paper Cupcakes has been set by Gloria Westerman and is to use die cuts on your project. The image I have used is "Dog Gone it" by Nina of Paper Cupcakes, I coloured with Copics and cut out using Nesties. The swirls were cut with a Quickutz die, the doily with a Marianne die, I also used Nesties to cut out the label which has the ribbon threaded through and the sentiment, which is computer generated. Papers are by Bo Bunny.

Tag It


Late posting my DT project today, have been having all sorts of computer and printer problems and still can't do any printing, BUT, at least I can now upload my project for the challenge at Paper Cupcakes. The challenge this week has been set by Dru and is to make a tag. The image I used is Owls on a Candy Cane by Nina of Paper Cupcakes, I coloured with Copics added glitter around the edges then I matted onto red card and added more glitter around the edge, finished with some silver tinsel ribbon.
