The weather has changed a little here today after a week with some beautiful weather we now have a showery day with quite a breeze too but I have a card to share with you today made for Brenda's Poppies Challenge on her blog Floral Fantasies, you can make anything to do with Poppies,.  I decided to use my much neglected Poppy stamp from Crafty Individuals,  the background paper is from C M Weiland Printery Collection, I coloured it with Distress Inks Fired Brick and Barn Door after distressing the edges with a Tim Holtz tool.  I added a doily edged with the same ink and finished with a ribbon and metal corner.

Good Morning,  We had a lovely day out on Wednesday with the girls, we went to Chester had a walk around the city walls and went on the river in a pedalo, the girls really enjoyed themselves.  Now it's back to some crafting and as it's Friday the new fortnightly challenge over at Alphabet Challenge Blog begins,  for this fortnight our challenge is:

Well it's been a beautiful week up to now for the start of the school holidays, let's hope it keeps up.  Had a busy weekend as I went to the RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park with my MIL, we had a good day and enjoyed all the beautiful flowers and garden displays.

This post is being scheduled as if the weather is nice today we are going for a day out with Lorna, Abbie and Emma, but I do have a card for you for the new Challenge at Fab'n'Funky.

Unfortunately the sun didn't shine yesterday - it was wet - so no Sports Day for Heidi, but another scheduled post as this morning I will be attending Abbie's Leavers Service as she finishes at Primary School and goes on in September to High School and I have been warned by her that there will be tears at the service!!

Good Morning, Well despite the title I hope it's not wet as I have scheduled this post as hopefully I will be at Heidi's Sports Day!!!  We had a beautiful weekend, Sunday the sun shone all day and we had a BBQ with Lorna and family and sat outside until 7.30, not many days we have been able to do that this year, thought it was the start of summer but no - Monday dismal and rainy.

Good Morning, Friday once again I just don't know where the time is going at the moment, the schools finish next week and with five of my granddaughters at four different schools I have been to Sports Days, Coffee Afternoons and various other activities and still next week have another Sports Day and two leavers services as two of my granddaughters are leaving Primary Schools to go on to the same High School, but after next week I should have some spare time during the school holidays.
