This card is for Rainbow Lady's Challenge, where you had to use balloons somewhere on your card. I used an embellishment I had had for ages in my box, the papers were from my stash I added wire and beads, a border cut with a punch to which I also added some adhesive gems and finished with a sentiment.

This card is for Rainbow Lady's Challenge, where you had to use balloons somewhere on your card.
