Last Minute Christmas Makes

Good Morning Peeps,

Hope everyone is well and that you have a good weekend whatever your plans are.  I'm hoping to get the last of the presents wrapped and then start to tidy up in my craft room as it looks like a tornado has hit it over the past couple of weeks.

My last minute Christmas makes are two Crackers for my two eldest granddaughters who asked for  money for Christmas so I thought the crackers would make good "gift boxes",  I have also put a festive red glittery nail polish in too.

Happy Christmas

First of December already and the last challenge of the year over on Sparkles Christmas Monthly where our challenge this month is:

I used Spellbinders Snowflake die and cut alternate layers in white and gold, added a pearl in the centre and layered onto a gold doily, the background paper is from my stash (I have had it for years) and I added a sentiment.

Let it Snow, Let it Snow

Good Morning,

Well the title says it all, we have the white stuff here today all around on the hills, there was a light dusting on my car last night but that is clear this morning, the sun is shining but it feels so cold after the last few weeks of mild weather.  I think it will be crafting today, it is our eldest son's birthday tomorrow so I need to get a card sorted before seeing him. 

  We had a lovely day yesterday we went to the Trafford Centre, had a look round then went to the cinema to see the new James Bond film "Spectre", really enjoyed it and we had a super Chinese meal afterwards.

Now onto today where we have a new challenge at My Time to Craft and this week our challenge is:

My card is an easel card but I couldn't get a good picute of it with the light being so bad so settled for just a picture of the front.

Merry Christ-Mouse

Good Morning,

Lorna and I had a lovely evening yesterday at the Garden Centre in our village where they had the opening of their Christmas display.  Such beautiful decorations, food and gifts for Christmas, a 20% discount, a complementary glass of wine or juice and a mince pie.

I am off out this morning with my cousin to the Trafford Centre, I have been instructed by my youngest granddaughter Lauren (who will be 7 on Friday) that she wants a red rucksack with a zip around and a pocket on the front!!! - I think they might have one in Debenhams, or should I say I hope they have one.

Christmas Decorations

Good Morning All,

Quick post from me this mornng as we have our two youngest granddaughters staying for the weekend.

Playtime

Good Morning All,

Hope everyone is well and enjoying their week, I have had a good time over the last seven days, it was my birthday last week and hubby and I went out for a lovely Italian meal to the restaurant in our village and then at weekend all the family were invited to our eldest son's house where we had a birthday party with a Chinese banquet and my granddaughter Jude had baked me a lovely lemon birthday cake.  We all had a great time and I really enjoyed the evening.

Autumn Colours

Good Morning All,

I hope you are all well and enjoying the lovely sunny weather we have been having.  I am back again after a couple of month's break.  My two eye operations went well and I am now back to normal!!  I am able to drive once again and get on with my life, though I am finding it a little difficult to get back into crafting but I am sharing my first card with you today made for My Time to Craft where this week our challenge is:

I hope you are all well and having a good week.  I have a card to share with you today for our new challenge over on Fab'n'Funky, but first of all I must tell you that this will be my last post for a while, I am taking some time off from my DT's as I have to have an operation on both my eyes to release the pressure of my Glaucoma, the first will be on Friday 14th and the second one about two weeks later and I don't think I will be up to crafting and blogging after these so am taking time off until October when I will hopefully be fully recovered and back to crafting.

I used a Magnolia flower stamp and added a butterfly, coloured with Copics, papers are LOTV, flowers from Wild Orchid, banner die by La La Land and added a sentiment.
